Wholesale Trading Terms

- Subject to approval, 30 days net from date of invoice (orders over $150.00). 5% discount for payment within 7 days.

Payments

- On receipt of order, Now n Forever Gifts will contact you to confirm the amount payable, including delivery.

- Payment can be made by Cheque, Australian Money Order or Direct Deposit.

- After 60 days a 10% late payment fee will be added to all outstanding invoices. After 90 days, account will be handed to collection agency.

Ownership of Goods

- Goods remain the property of Now n Forever Gifts until full payment has been received.

Claims

- All claims to be notified within 7 days. No goods to be returned without prior office approval. All damaged goods will be inspected before credit approval.

- No deductions off the invoice without approval of office.

- Now n Forever Gifts does not provide refunds, but will happily credit customer account (where the above credit process has been adhered to).

Freight

- TNT is the preferred long distance freight carrier of Now n Forever Gifts as they offer very competitive rates. Once goods are packed, freight costs are determined through a joint computer programme by size, weight and area code.

GST

- Now n Forever Gifts is GST exempt.

Minimum Order

No minimum order is required.
